Terms And Conditions of MYAirline Students Programme.
- Eligibility: -
Applicants must be: -
• between the ages of 16 to 26 years old at the time of application.
• MYAirline Rewards members.
• Presently enrolled as students in Malaysian schools/colleges/universities.
(Note: An applicant’s study period must not be less than one (1) year from the date of application). - Documents: -
Applicants need to be prepared to upload the following documents during the application process: -
• Malaysian Identification Card (NRIC)/Passport.
• Student ID.
• Proof of enrolment in Malaysian schools/colleges/universities.
• Passport size digital photo. - Routes: -
• Open to all domestic routes operated by MYAirline. - Expiry/Validity of MYAirline student card: -
• MYAirline student cards will be issued to successful applicants.
• MYAirline Student cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of application approval. - Annual Fee: -
• An annual fee of MYR20.00 will be charged for membership in MYAirline Students Programme. - Early Purchase Benefits: -
• Eligible students are required to purchase seats at least 28 days in advance of their selected departure date.
• 20% discount on current base fares for all domestic routes operated by MYAirline.
• Free 15kg check-in baggage allowance.
• Waiver of flight change fee for 1 flight change request (Note: Any fare difference resulting from this flight change request remains chargeable).
• Subject to MYAirline Terms And Conditions Of Carriage. - Last Minute Purchase Benefits: -
Eligible students can purchase last-minute seats (standby basis) on the day of flight departure at the airport check-in counters.

• The above fares are one-way (inclusive of base fare, taxes, and fuel surcharge only) and include a free 15kg check-in baggage allowance.
• Eligible students must be at the airport check-in counters at least 90 minutes before scheduled flight departure times.
• Subject to MYAirline Terms and Conditions of Carriage. - Seat Purchase: -
• The MYAirline Students Programme does not apply to online bookings.
• Eligible students will only be able to enjoy the benefits of the MYAirline Students Programme through over the counter purchases at any of MYAirline’s sales offices and/or at MYAirline’s airport check-in counters.
• Eligible students must present their MYAirline student card at the time of seat purchase for verification.
• A RM10.00 service booking fee will be charged per segment by MYAirline’s sales offices.
• A list of MYAirline’s sales offices and their location can be found at https://www.myairline.my/myairline-sales-office .
• Full payment shall be made upon booking. All payments can be made via DuitNow QR codes, credit/debit cards & cash.
• Once a purchase is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and all payments made are non-refundable as per MYAirline Terms And Conditions Of Carriage. - Travel Date change: -
• Any changes to flight date/time can be done physically at any of MYAirline’s sales offices or by contacting MYAirline’s customer service via Live Chat on www.myairline.my up to 48 hours prior to departure subject to MYAirline Terms And Conditions Of Carriage. - Combination with other promotions: -
• The benefits of the MYAirline Students Programme cannot be combined with other MYAirline promotions. - General Terms And Conditions: -
• MYAirline reserves the right to terminate the membership of any applicant at any time without liability and without giving any reason if MYAirline determines that a member has misused or abused their membership privileges.
• MYAirline reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of use at any time without notice at MYAirline’s sole and absolute discretion.
• MYAirline reserves the right to modify or cancel MYAirline Students Programme at any time without any notice at MYAirline’s sole and absolute discretion.
• All annual fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.
• All other Terms and Conditions apply.
