After making a group booking, if some people’s travel plans change, can I divide passengers in my booking into separate bookings?
For bookings of up to nine (9) passengers, when 1 or more people have changed their travel plans, you will be allowed to split or divide the booking. However, their booking reference number will remain the same when they go on their new flight, so please remember to quote this booking number throughout your journey.
If I change my travel plans, what will happen to my add-ons?
If you’ve previously booked add-ons and you are now changing your travel plans, your add-on preferences will not be changed.
Can I change my flight date or time?
Yes you can, if your change is made more than forty-eight (48) hours before departure time. You may change your date and time, but you may not change your destination. Flight-change fees and fare differences may apply depending on availability.
How do I change my flight?
To make a flight change (new date or time of flight) in a booking, you can do so via our Live Chat Agent before your cut-off time.
What is Online Check-In?
Online check-in is a service that allows you to check in at your own convenience via www.myairline.my.
When is Online check-in available?
Online check-in opens three (3) days before departure and closes 1 hour before departure.

How do I print my baggage tag?
After checking in via www.myairline.my, you will be able to print your bag tags from our sales kiosk in KLIA2 or the check-in counter.
If you have check-in baggage, please ensure that you drop off your luggage bags before the baggage drop closing time.
Depending on the destination/country, verification of your boarding pass may be required. Ensure that you verify your boarding pass at our document check counter.
Can I still make a change after completing web check-in? What is the cut-off time?
After performing online check-in, you are allowed to make the following changes to your booking.

How early do I need to come to the airport after performing online check-in?
If you have bags to check-in or need to verify your travel documents, head to our bag drop or check-in counters. Opening and closing times are listed below:

If I do not have any bags to check-in, can I go straight to the boarding gate without going to the check-in counter?
Yes, you can head straight to the boarding gate. Please keep in mind that the boarding gate closes 20 minutes before departure. If you are required to verify your travel documents, please proceed to the check-in counter for more details.
Important reminder: There may be long queues at immigration and airport security, especially during the holiday season. Please arrive at the airport early to avoid missing your flight.
Who can occupy emergency seats?
Emergency seats are seats located at the emergency exit row.
To be seated at the emergency exit row, you MUST meet the following criteria:
If you do not meet the above criteria, our cabin crew reserves the right to assign you a new seat onboard.
Can I book one (1) or two (2) extra seats?
Yes, you can book extra seats if you are travelling with a large musical instrument or a child’s car seat. You are also allowed to book an extra seat if your physical size or a sustained injury makes it difficult for you to be seated on one seat.
Follow the steps below to book an extra seat:
Important note: Please note that extra seat must be purchased with Preferred Seat or Standard Seat to ensure seats are located next to each other. You are not allowed to pre-book meals, check- in Baggage allowance or any other add-ons for the extra seat. There is also no cabin baggage allowance allocated to the extra seat.
How do I pre-book my meal?
To pre-book your meal, you can either purchase it while booking your flight, or simply go to "Manage Bookings" up to 24 hours before your scheduled departure time to pre-book your meal.
Please note that we do not accept any bookings or changes to your meal less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time for all destinations.
Can I bring my own food or drink on board?
Our apologies, but we do not allow outside food and drink on the aircraft. You can pre-book our hot in-flight meals while booking your flight. For flights above 1 hour, you can order them while onboard the flight.
For safety reasons, any form of self-heating meals / Meals Ready-to-Eat (MREs) or beverages with Flameless Ration Heater (FRH) are banned on all our flights and are not allowed in either checked or cabin baggage.
What if my pre-booked meal is not served?
If your pre-booked meal is not served due to our oversight, the sum paid for the pre-booked meal will be refunded to you. However, unfortunately no refund will be given if it was an oversight on your part.
Please note your itinerary/boarding pass will record the meal you have pre-booked. You will be served your pre-booked meal when you show your boarding pass to our crew.
Are there peanuts or other tree nuts present in the meals or snacks on board MYAirline flights?
Yes, some of our meals or snacks on board may contain traces of nuts. Please check with our cabin crew for more information. Our menu displays common food allergens that are present in our in-flight meals.
